Refund Policy

14-day satisfaction guarantee. No questions asked.

Our promise

If you're not satisfied with your DisputeMyHOA full report for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund.

1. What's Covered

Our refund policy covers paid full reports purchased through DisputeMyHOA. The free notice review is, of course, free, so there's nothing to refund.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests received after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@disputemyhoa.com with:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • The approximate date of your purchase
  • A brief description of why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful for us to improve)

We'll process your request within 2 business days and confirm by email when the refund is issued.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Stripe typically processes refunds within 5-10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied or modified in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day window without a clear reason
  • Claims based on outcomes of HOA disputes (we do not guarantee outcomes; see our Legal Disclaimer)

6. What's Not Refundable

We cannot refund the time, effort, or any costs you may have incurred in connection with your HOA dispute beyond your direct purchase from us. We are a self-help document preparation tool, not a law firm. Outcomes of your dispute depend on factors we don't control.
